Vision , Strategic Objectives
Vision of the company is to develop and safeguard APC S.A’s name as a synonym of knowledge and specialization in consulting services in the fields of fisheries - aquaculture, rural and regional development, and marine environment.
The strategic objective of APC S.A. is to maintain the high quality and reliability of the services provided in order to be able to provide continuous support to the diverse needs of our clients.
The general operational target of APC S.A. is the responsible, prompt and reliable approach of the projects’ requirements, through creative cooperation and knowledge – skill development of the company’s personnel.
In brief the operational targets of the company are summarized in the following points:
- Provision of a broad range of services to aquaculture companies and processing - trading companies for fishery products established in Greece or abroad, in the areas of operational research, strategic planning and effective use of the investment opportunities.
- Participation in European and International projects through the exploitation of collaborations with foreign specialized consulting companies or/and well established institutions and organisms.
- Preparation of plans – programs for Regional and Rural Development.
- Support of sectoral professional entities in issues of special technical interest
- Support of companies and entities for installation, certification and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
